Dude,
I hate to be the bubble burster..... But, you are already overstocked on that 34G, adding another tang and an angel would be a disaster. That mimic tang is really pushing it already, they are reccomended to have at least a 75 gallon tank.

How long have these tanks been setup?

BTW...

as has been posted, too many fish, the tang police are going to have words with you about the mimic tang, and that emperor angel can reach nearly 20" as an adult. Have a look: http://www.aquahobby.com/marine/e_emperor.php

I would suggest you slow down, stop even, and do a lot more research before you go any further. the sticky thread at the top of the forum from waterkeeper is "required" reading. Sorry if we're coming on strong - just trying to save you frustration, heartache and $$$$$! FWIW my 29 gal reef is projected to have a max of 4 fish - none over 3" ~ 4" in length

Welcome on board :D Glad you found us. We'll help any way we can.

The Tang is on the way out. The Emperor will be in a 75g when it grows to large for the 34g. Other then that maybe ditch one more Damsel?

I'd agree with one less damsel - they get very aggressive. According to the good Drs. Foster and Smith, the emperor needs a minimum of 100 gallons. I think others here with experience with them would say even that's cutting it pretty fine. Watch the wrasse and hawk, as they've been known to jump. You're getting on the right track :D

I'd look at having 3-4 fish max in a 34 gallon tank. As pointed out, that tank is way to small for the angel, the mimic tang, and especially a regal tang. The regal tang is barely suitable in a 120 gallon, so a 34 is a terribly bad choice. Do yourself a favor and research fish quite a bit more before deciding on them (such as the angel). Asking questions here first should get you pointed in the right direction.

I feel bad for the fish, and you want to add more? As Posted just take your time and take some fish out and return them way to many. I have a 55 and would love to have an emporer or tang for that matter but not even going to attempt it way to small. Im even willing to get rid of my current live stock just for a tang or angel but still feel it way to small.

I will remove the tang and one Damsel at the least. The Emperor is a small juvenile much like this:

So for the next 3-4 months I am building my custom tank with sump etc. I plan to move all 34g stock to this tank when completed. The 34 is well setup with 3w of power compact per gal and cpr back pack as well as a hydor koralia for water movement. Good rock scape with tunnels and caves as well as bridges. Weekly water changes and is gazed upon daily.

Slow down a bit, Speedy Gonzalez. :)

No more than 3-4 smaller fish in the 34g.

No more than 1 (if even that) smaller fish in the 8g.

No more than 1-2 smaller fish in the 12g.

That's what I would stick with. Also, your specifications for the coral stocking list you have are very specific in size. Just be aware that coral can grow pretty fast if it's happy, so don't count on it staying the same size. (Example: My bubble coral has doubled in diameter since I got it about month ago. It's now about 7"-8" in diameter.)

Slow down or stop and do some reading before adding anything else. A good place to start is at the stickies at the top of the New to the Hobby forum. Helped me tremendously. I spent just under a year researching before I purchased anything. ;)

Happy reefing and welcome to RC!

Don't plan on adding any live stock to BC8 other then sexies and shrooms.

Ap12 is about done, no new fish and has had it's 3 fish and goby for 6+ months. I will frag my soft stuff when it out grows the 12.

34g hex, removed tang today and plan on getting the three stripe out soon. It will be down to 6 smaller fish.

Much more reading to do.

much better. ;) the tang will be better in the 75. what's your projected date? these guys grow quickly. the angel may need to be sold back to your lfs or traded with someone who has a much larger [100+ gal. or more, who isn't loaded already.] You and your fish will be much happier! :D

You have a mandarin in a 12g???? I hope it is eating prepared foods, because even at 6-8 months in that small of a tank there is no way theres enough food for it to survive on pods alone!
