I am Lighting a 75 gallon wilth a 2 250 watts and 2 actinic t5s. How much should this cost to run. It seems that my electrical bill is $200 more dollars a month since last year. Is this due to adding my new lights?

Assuming the T5s are 54w and you are running 12 hours a day you are looking at about $334 a year Probably $31 a month then. This is at colorado pricing 10c a kWh your electricity is cheaper I think. This includes a 10% overhead to the ballasts

If you have an external pump that could easily be $30 a month, all your other pumps, skimmer and PH are probably about the same.

$200 can't be just your lights, try calculating everything in your tank. mine went up around $60 with a similar setup (2x250 watt and 2x110 VHO)
