Take a few shrimps or sardines and cut them in a blender. Then form little balls with them and cover each one with aluminum foil.Put them in the freezer. This is a perfect diy food for predatory fish and a good one for the rest of the fish.

The seafood mix comes from an Asian store; it has squid, mussels, clam, crab, and scallops. It is frozen.

Be very careful....

MOST frozen seafood is sprayed with a phosphate solution before freezing as a preservative.

If you do not get it from a "fresh seafood store" ( never frozen ), then you cannot be sure if it was sprayed with the phosphates or not.

The bagged frozen "medley" is almost guaranteed to have been sprayed.
