Waste Water Shut Off

I've emailed Air, Water, Ice several times with no response, so I thought I'd try posting here. I recently set up a Typhoon III Extreme RO/DI unit. My output is now at 0 TDS, but for some reason the waste water output doesn't shut off after the storage container float valve shuts off. I thought the point of an ASOV was to stop the waste water loss, and was one reason I got this particular model.

Any suggestions on how I can address this problem would be appreciated.

How long are you waiting? I have noticed that it usually shuts off after a minute, sometimes 2.

If it never shuts off (say after 4-5 minutes) then the ASOV has failed. Give them a call and ask for a replacement.

It never shuts off. I haven't called, but I've emailed several times with no response ....
