can i still glue baffles in a used acrylic?

was going to use that weldon stuff to add baffles to a used acrylic tank. is that possible? will the weldon be good enough for baffles? i wouldnt care about minor leaks but as long as the baffles stay up.

Should be fine. Just clean it well with water and allow to dry thoroughly.

i just did this same project, and yes it did hold.... i used the weldon 16 and not one leak. after you clean the acrylic with vinager water and it dries, use the weldon. if you have never used it before i would suggest going to youtube and looking up welding acrylic. there are a few videos on how to do it. also, it is a good idea to let it set for 48 hours to fully cure, before you do a water test.
