Anemones are not coral fyi, and a 12 gal can be a difficult environment to maintain suitable living conditions for them. That being said, your only possible candidate would probably be a bubble tip, but there is no promise that your clowns will even host.

I'd recommend a bigger tank. ;) Anemones are difficult to keep in small tanks and require pristine and stable water quality.
That being said:
The bubble tip is your best bet. Keep in mind that clowns will sometimes host hammer corals, frogspawn, xenia, powerheads, thermometers or nothing at all. Wild caught specimens tend to have a better "hosting" record than tank raised.

i agree with the tank raised clowns versus the wild caought ones. my black and white clowns wouldn't go near my rose bubble tip until i introducted a larger wrasse that kinda spooked them into it.
you would probly be better off with a 20 h tank with t5's or a smaller halide like a 150 watt. anemones need a fair amount of light and good water quality. a rose or some other type of bubble anemone would be your best bet. but also depends on the types of clowns you are looking to add.
certain clowns will only host in certain anemones.
heres a good web site to learn some on bubble tip anemones:

clowns may also host in some leather corals and lps. That may be a better way to have them host without upgrading the tank and lights. there are some cool toadstools with diferent colored polyps that can be hosted.

When I used to have a Fish only tank, my maroon clown hosted by the heater. Never thought to call it hosting. However, when I converted to Reef and had a nice portion of Xenia, she hosts this coral.
