I know there is a search function, but that doesnt do me any good because of all the designs.

I know there are a lot of theories as to what makes a good sump- but I want to slowly ween off my canister and do the sump with a fuge the right way. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have a standard 75 gallon 4 foot long tank... i have a big APC batter backup to make sure that the canister never looses power (came in handy recently) but I can relocate that to a little hidden place.

A link to a preferred "how to" and design would be great. Along with all that I will need (recommended skimmers for that size tank... im guessing the water column would be 75+20 or 30 for the sump) and pumps, etc. THanks again!
