I've noticed that one of my nassarius snails is different from the others. He/she has no spots on the top of his/her foot, where the others are essencially brindled, and his/her shell is smoother and whiter looking. The behavior is the same, and he even cruises along with them when they do their little tough gang formation thing. Yeah, my snails are cool.

Sometimes mud snails (ILYANASSA OBSOLETA) get sold as nassarius, but they have dark shells.

Pic would really help?

Just guessing, but couldn't it just be an albino nassarius? If it looks and acts the same as the rest, but just is lighter, then it might be possible.
