We aren't sure what this is but we've had it since we got the live rock...

Never seen the red thing before, but be careful getting rid of the green bubble algae I see on that rock. Do it outside the tank or scrape it off with suction right above it. Those spores will go everywhere.

I had that on some rock that stuff is cool. I can tell you it's a rhodophyte (not that it really narrows things down much coralline algae is also in rhodophera as well). I had some on a rock in my tank too. It wasn't terribly invasive in my case and never spread beyond that rock that I had it on. I just harvested a chunk whenever it got too big.
