Did you try live ghost shrimp?

How long have you had him for?

Does he look like he is full?

He's real;ly fat. Atleast an inch thick I would say. I've had him for a week. I haven't tried live ghost shrimp, maybe I should give it a try?

Need a little more info.Like does he hide when you feed?Does he come out and swim through the food with no interest?Does he look interested in the food? They are a shy fish to begin with.I would try live ghost shrimp, maybe some live brine.Soak all your food in garlic. This should entice him to eat.If he is hiding when you feed then spray the food down where he is at with a turkey baster then step back from the tank to see if he comes out to eat.Feed multiple times a day to try and get him to eat.

Alittle off the subject, but aren't these reef safe, because I have on order a male and female pair. I too want to make sure they eat

Mine would tear into shell on table shrimp from wallmart. i would just tear off some small pieces and he would go for them.

I would try thawed shrimp. Is there something in the tank freaking it out from eating?

what was your friend feeding?

try live, salt-acclimated, gut-loaded feeder guppies, small ones. sometimes they can't resist.

Try either live food or frozen food soaked in garlic or selcon.
