What is this???

I just saw something swimming around in my tank. My lights are off and I am in the middle of a water change. I was adding new water when I saw it. Its small and white and looks very similiar to a mysis shrimp. Maybe 1/4-1/2 inch long and it swam by spinning its body in a curly que manner. any ideas? I scooped it out and have it in a container. it will be very difficult to get a good pic of it.

could be a bristle worm in heterogneisis, or epitoky as some call it.

does it have legs? how many? bristles? eyespot? distincive characteristics?

It somewhat resembles a bristle worm but it's all white. Really looks just like a mysis shrimp minus the legs
