My tank is 2-3 months old, I only have live rock with coraline algae, mexican turbo snails, and some blue tip hermit crabs. I have some algae blooms on the sand only of my tank I can roll up like carpet. I was wondering is there animal, product, or just more a clean up crew to get rid of this, or do I just throw it out? Here is a pic, it is from a cell so sorry not the best. http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/202437Jan17_001-2.jpg [/IMG]

I would get it out with a water change!
Maybe improve your flow!

Caribbean cerith snails have worked pretty well for me against cyano bacteria- (which is what you are describing I believe). But no janitor will be able to eliminate the source of the problem. Some cyano are acceptable IMO- as Matt reccomended- try to carefully sipon it off of your sand. Many people advise that you should increase flow for cyano. I have some in a section of my tank that gets high flow, so there is no surefire way to slow/stop the bloom- keep up on water changes and other good husbandry.
good luck

To get rid of algae stop fertilizing it and giving it light.
