skimmer?

hey guys when it comes to a skimmer some people say they skim wet then whats the other way it skims

Either wet or dry. With wet your skimmate will be wetter. ;) But, it actually will be, and it will be lighter in color. Dry, will be......drier, and the skimmate will be a lot darker.

Depending on just how wet you skim, will have to pay more attention to your salinity.
