Variety.

Something like "Rod's" food might be good but, that's only one. I'm guessing it is a mixture but still? Spirulina flakes are not all the same.

It entirely depends on what is in the tank. You wouldn't feed a lionfish nori and you wouldn't feed a tang shrimp. Normal prepared food is too big for my rainford goby
