I have a 29g biocube with about 23 pounds of LR. I got around 2-3 pounds on LR in the second chamber. My problem is the a have a lot of little flakes flying all around my tank. I don't know what it is and how to get rid of it!! Help out. I do have a pic of my tank. If u want to see it. Let me no and I'll repost it in another thread. Thank for help. Any info would be great.

its probably die-off from the LR, even if its cured when purchased you will experience some die-off.
your filter system should help in removal, and when you do your 25% WC, syphon out what is on your sand and around the LR and tank corners. if you let it start to rot, your N03 level will usually be the first indicator, fallowed by NH3/NH4, & N02 spikes.
if that happens, you will begin a new cycle and everything pretty much dies in your tank.

What do these "little flakes" look like? Are they brown, and flat? Could be flatworms.
