Just looking for opinions. I am designing a new canopy and was wondering who turns the lights front to back instead of side to side. Are there any benefits to being one way or the other? Do you get more coverage if they are front to back? Just looking for ideas. Thanks.

I have a full length 36"x 12" high polished aluminum that I took from an old custom sea life fixture. I have been looking at a new reflector for the new canopy but was looking for ideas. I might keep the one I have because I run 96w pc actinics, but could mod pcs so thye mh could be turned the other way.
