I just got home from vacation and my bubble coral was coming off its skeleton. It was almost completely off and I was trying to move it to a lower flow area when it came completely off. So now I have a healthy but detached bubble coral and I have no clue what to do. Is there a way to reattach it to its skeleton or a piece of live rock? I have seen adhesive putty for attaching live rock together, is there something similar for corals? I am at a loss, any suggestions would help.

No I don't think so. It is called polyp bailout. I don't think it can live that way long. Maybe someone else who has experienced this with other LPS can chime in.

I had a bubble come in bad shape and detach, the flesh lived for a few months until I lost it but never regrew skeleton or attached to the sand it was on. Not sure if you can glue the flesh or not.
