I am building a 180 and will have a MSX250 sitting in a 100 gallon rubbermaid stock tank... Baffling these stock tanks could be a challenge, so I'm not quite sure how to accomplish this...
The stock tank will have a Bulk Reef Supply Auto-Topoff unit, so the water will remain at least as level as the topoff allows. Is this sufficient in a tub of this size? What does everyone else do, with stock tanks as sumps?

When I was in menards yesterday I noticed that they had a rubbermaid tub similar to those oval ones, but this one was square! It wasn't for sale however, rather they had it on a 4-wheel dolly and were using it for transporting stock. Ihave never seen these for sale, but obviously rubbermade makes them.

Check out US Plastics (www.usplastics.com) they carry a ton of RubberMaid products.
I think that your ATO will keep the level just fine. I do not think you will have problems.

If using the stock tanks, some have used cardboard to replicate the contour, then cut acrylic of appropriate thickness to match the contour as closely as possible. After that use EPDM material to outline your new baffles and place as needed. The beauty of using EPDM is that you can rearrange the baffle positions as needed.

Here is how I did it:

I put a "tough box" sitting on a couple of milk crates in my stock tank
