Making a run to Home Depot, What (If any) glue can I use to glue a Gorg to some LR? Thanx :beachbum:

I saw that somebody used "The Original Super Glue Gel" on a post somewhere, and I picked up some. I was going to ask around before using it though it seems to be made from the same stuff in more popular glues like BSI IC -Gel.

use both marine epoxy and superglue gel. use the epoxy to make a 1" ball [or so] and put a generous bead of gel on either side. attach one side to the frag and let it set a few minutes, then attach to the rock. press in with a twisting motion to break the surface film and allow to set. the gel bonds well to both the rock and the epoxy, and the epoxy fills in the gaps allowing the gel to do its thing. works better than using any one of them

Aquamend epoxy and/or super glue gel. I like the Loctite easy squeeze gel the best as far as the glues go.

put the gel in the freezer. gets thicker and easier to work with

dont forget if your glueing millis dont use excelerant for some reason they dont like it. just superglue

super glue gel works fine. allow it to sit outside the tank for a few minutes to dry. most corals can do fine out of water for at least 5 minutes

they can last even hours if they had to we had one that got forgotten for 12 hours and luckily slimed so much it stayed wet it did survive and we still have it. i cant even believe it.

yea, ivs glued a lot of small frags using gel superglue. I got a lot of practice when my green poci damicornis start bleaching away overnight. It was so fast, it kinda looked like brown jelly... back on topic, i had a lot of frags (it had reached the branches) and i successfully fragged them all. The glue didnt bother the frags at all, the had PE right away. Ive also used super glue gel with a monti-digi and a couple other kinds of SPS. All you need are little pieces of rock to glue them to.

Super glue is what works the best for me.
