These equipments good for nano tank?

So I have a 5.5gal tank (was being used as quarantine for a while for my 44gal tank) and 2 - 15w NO lights that originally came with the tank, but not being used. These things are just sitting around and was wondering if it is possible to use these lights, after I get new bulbs that is, on any kind of reef tank (I know its going only work for softies, if any coral at all). I know NO lighting is really bad for reef lighting, but that's what I have around the house.

Any ideas? Kind want to put existing equipment to good use since I don't need the quarantine now and have all the other stuff.

I think they make some NO for reef's (Color spectrum-wise) but you could definitely do mushrooms, zoos which would work out better for you as they'll do well in more nutrient rich water.
