I just wanted to relay my experience with Reef Geek to the rest of the reefers around here. I ordered four T-5 bulbs from RG and they all arrived broken even though they were packed extremely well. It was obviously damaged during shipping. I called Greg and e-mailed him pictures, and he had replacement bulbs out to me the next day. These four arrived fine!!!
Great service and I look forward to my next purchase.

I ordered bulbs with my powermodule fixture...I could not believe how well they were packed. There were 3 boxes, and 2 layers of foam. The shippers must have done quite a number on them, because I think I could have stepped on mine without breaking. I'm glad your service was so great. I'll be ordering from them again.

Same here! I was showing my wife the method RG uses to ship bulbs and I must say that is by far the "BEST" I have ever seen. You would think they are actually loosing money on the packaging.
I said to the wife man you could hand this box to our 3 year old for an hour of play time and the bulbs still would be fine.
Was your box damaged? Such as dented or caved in? As hansmatt said that baffles me how they could have broke but none the less RG replaced which shows again, great packaging and great customer service too!
RG will have my business going forward and I recommend them to all my buddies too.

Great experience here too. And who doesnt love free jolly ranchers, or is that free bulbs with overprice jolly rancher.
