Need HELP no idea

hello i was doing water chnge tonight and before i seen baby snails on walls i mean like alot before i use to clean them off with a wet dry but i started leaveing them in there tonight i looked in there and seen this i have no idea what this would be its growing on the walls in my sump i have a black 100 gallon rumber maid for sump can someone tell me what this is please thanks

i have never had anemone in my tank only thing that just gone not there no more are RICS i had about 15 of them just gone no idea where they have gone just started leaveing tank like something was eating and i watched tank alot and nothing was touching them when i was watching still to this day i have no idea why i cant keep RICS in my tank
