I would say 100-150 gallons more than stock. I takes the 200 stock with 40-45scfh to 70-80scfh and at 98-102 watts. So it almost doubles the air, this is why you have to use the extended cup to handle the extra air and to reduce turbulence.

How much extra water volume can the Pinwheel an Larger cup actually handle? I am more than pleased with the 200, but think I may be at the upper limit of what it can handle. I have a choice at this point to upgrade my current skimmer or go with a new one all together.

I figured this was better to take to a new thread than completely Hijack another.

The system as it sits right now is 420g, but in the current restructuring it will end up around 350g.

I would think you will be border lining what the Reeflo 200 Pro can efficiently handle. I would say the skimmer maxes out at 350-400 gallons with a decently stocked reef tank. Personally I would run a Reeflo 250, Hurricone or equivalent for a mature system that size.
