Moving small Feather Dusters.... How To ?

I have a large amount of small live rock in my tank and I'm trying to seed a larger pc of base rock. One of the smaller pcs is covered in small feather dusters which I love watching. Is there any way to move them off of the rock they are on and place them on another pc that will be staying ? If not I will just leave them but if there is a process to move them I will.
