2 dogface puffers in same tank

can 2 be kept or would they fight? im liking the black dogface puffer, to go with my reg. dogface.

I'd love to do it too, but from what I've read and heard, it usually doesn't work out.

ya i dont want to rsk a 120$ fish if it doesnt work. so what other puffers can go with a dogface? manila, immaculate?

I've always heard smooth puffers together don't work, and that porcupine puffers are good. so I tried this. in my case, the porc harassed and possibly killed one dogface, then went after the second (so porc is now rehomed).

i had a spotted dalmation dogface puffer (aprox 11-12 inchs) in a tank with a stars and stripes puffer (aprox 14-15 inches) and i had absolutly no issues with them..they ignored each other..never had any food comp or agressive behavior from either one..(dam tank crash of 2007 killed both of them)

I have a yellow belly dogface and porcupine in the same tank w/o issues.
