I have just placed and order and want to ensure that it is shipped fedex and not smart post. Last week I plaved three orders, and got one via fedex quickly, and the other two wnet smart post and I am STILL waiting for them well beyond what I should have to.

Tonight I placed yet another order, order # N9996761 and I request you please ensure it goes FEDEX so I get it quickly.
