I'm being given a 75g RR tank, stand, and 2 MH Fixtures.

I'm heading to get the rest of the lighting this weekend and want to make sure my list is complete.

I know there are different opinions and what you are going to keep is important.

I plan to start out with mostly polyps and shrooms with progression onto other coral as I become more educated with their care.

2 x T5 Supplements (http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/prod/216017/product.web)
Going to do all Actinic will buy different bulbs to replace the daylights in this setup.

2 x Halide Bulbs (http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/prod/240140/product.web)

2 x Moon Lights (http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/prod/204865/product.web)

I'm building a hanging Canopy that will be height adjustable. Will I need anything else to support this setup?

Also the two MH pendents are different lengths, will this matter?

Any suggestions on the placement of the T5's and moon lights in the canopy?

Thanks

SB

Instead of getting 2 sets of 24" T5 bulbs get 2 sets of 48". It will cover your tank better.

I personally like the Icecap T5 retros listed at reefgeek.com.

Good luck.

I'm kind of limited to what they have at That Pet Place. This weekend I'll be getting a 20% discount on top of having some gift cards.

The prices compared between the two sets of T5 DIY is quite large and I have a huge shopping list beyond just the lights. They may have more than what's just listed on their site.

Thanks for the input very helpful! And I need all the help I can get lol.
