just wondering if i could do this because i have no other dip and i had to pick up this 5 polyp frag
i was just thinking shaking it in RODI for about 10-15 seconds
is this ok?

Yup. In my opinion, a freshwater dip is better than no dip. Zoas can handle a freshwater dip pretty well.

ok thanks, i know now before i buy new coral to have dip ready, ill also check for nudi eggs

Good thinking on checking for nudi eggs.
When you do the dip, give them a vigorous shaking while in the water.
can nudi eggs be spotted easily with naked eyes?

i like to use coral dip or Tech D, neither or very hard on the coral and it kills all that stuff off before it hits the tank.
