What brands do you use? (This is mainly to help me set up my 55 gallon tank):

Also, if you can and are a reef genius, could you please recommend the brand and model type for each of these that I should get in my tank?

Protein Skimmer - coralife super skimmer -> sucks the ducks! don't get it.

Filter - like a cannister filter? eheim

Heater - i don't really use my heater since living in a condo pretty much means a controlled and stable indoor temperature. either way, its a 300W Aqueon

Sea Salt - i used to use one called Oceanic, but then when i switched to Coralife Scientific Grade, suddenly my corals started growing and opening up. there's a really popular one out there that many on Reef Central use, i forget the brand name now....
