Is this an Agent Orange? Or Setosa?? or What??

I pick this frag up for the dirt!!! $5 it was tossed to the side with frag scraps..

But im thinking it may be more than just a scrap,

Characteristics:
it is bright neon orange and glows under moonlights
polpys are neon orange also and are very far and few in between
Has polyps underneath as well and color seems to almost match the top side?
Seems to have encrusted over this flat piece of rubble (doesent appear to have plated) but i could be wrong.

Any way if yall know what this is or about its care please let me know

too small to tell IMO. Although I would not lean towards any "designer" coral

yeah for $5 buck cant expect much, BUT i have seen a few corals and i cant be sure this is a regular cap, the pix dont show the true color and texture.. will have to wait and see how it grows, but it sure is a standout in person.

dont think its a didgi, i have an orange digi.. the color on this thing is more pink orange/neonish bubble gum like color
