Calibrating my Milwaukee controller

Ok I thought this question would be suitable for this forum...

I will be setting up my Milwaukee controller soon. What should I set it at, 6.5, 6.7?

And, do I use the 7.01 buffer solution to calibrate it? Should I calibrate it monthly?
