According to Melev's Reef website I have Caulacanthus ustulatus algae. According to the site it is very brittle and will take root anywhere the pieces land. Does anybody have any recomendations on how to get rid of this stuff? I can't take the rock out as it is glued to the rest of the rock in my tank. I have a few scarlet hermits that are starting to munch on it, but they are not making much of a dent. I'm afraid to try hand removal for fear of having all over my tank instead of in just a few places. Anybody?
