Fishroom purchases during frag swap event

Hello,

I know that the fish room can be hectic most Saturdays, and I expect this Saturday (during the frag swap) will be no exception.

I am curious if attendees of the swap will be able to put animals in the fish room on hold for pickup and bagging until the end of the swap, or, if we wish to have our choice of animals, we will need to select them and have them bagged for the duration of the swap (six hours in and of itself.)

This will get a little tricky, as we will not be able to allow any product from the store to enter the frag swap area. What we will have frag swap attendees do is have their livestock purchases bagged and kept in a hold area in the fishroom until they are ready to leave and pay for the purchases. We will have styros in the hold area, and will have the attendees put their names on their bags.

Do you know if this applies to all store purchases (that they can not be brought into the swap area)? I intended to purchase live crickets, and putting them in my car until the end of the swap is not an option w/ the current temperatures. {Again, it is fear of selling out all of the desired size and quantity that has me asking; otherwise I would not hesitate to purchase them after the swap.}

This will apply to all products, the only products and livestock that will be allowed into to swap area is that which is being traded or displayed, no TFP merchandise will be allowed into the swap area
