I am having a hard time getting the acjr firmware

I cannot for the life of me get the firmware off of my computer and onto the controller. I have followed the directions from Neptune explicitly, and it is not working for me. I really want to hook up my aquasurf asap so if anyone out there can be of help, thanks.

Can you tell us what is failing or any indicators to help us figure it out?

Did you unzip the file on your computer then run the ac3loader executable on the computer?

I was having a hard time following the directions :)
but the cool think is that Neptune Systems has great customer support. I thought I was unzipping the folder as stated, but I over looked the fact that in C:\aquajr I exported the folder, which has a completely different name than the command prompts I was giving. Once I moved the files into C:\aquajr and deleted that folder it worked like a charm. Hope that makes sense. Computers is hard I tell ya, haha.
