5.5g with sump

i just got my 5.5g tank going. i am wanting to put a sump below it in a cabnet or something and have all my filtration and heater and stuff in that. i need to know how to plum them so one doesnt over flow or anything. thank you

As far as plumbing goes, I would never recommend a siphon style overflow to anyone. On the other hand, a 5.5gallon tank is small so you dont have a lot of room for an overflow. Again, I think the nano people would have much better advise, but I would think with some 1/2 piping you could work out a proper mini-overflow.
