I just switched to this carbon due to its good reputation, but when I rinsed it in the reacotr, part of it floats on the water surface, I put the disc and sponge back in the reactor and the small size carbon partially clogged the disc and sponge after I turned on the pump. The pump sees a bigger head pressure, the flow was reduced.
Do you guys have the same problem on Diamond carbon?

I use it in a cannister filter and in a ozone reactor effluent filter, so I don't have that problem.

I am thinking to change to a mechanical filter too. It is a pain to change carbon/Phosban from TLF or Kent media reactor.
