anyone have a spectrophotometer in Raleigh, NC (for phosphate testing)?

I would like to check my phosphate, and perhaps nitrate, with a spectrophotometer.

If anyone in my area has one, I would be willing to pay you for the test or perhaps swap you a frag or something.
