matching ozone reactor effluent with catbon

Still planning to add an ozone generator to my system...
Randy emphasizes the need to run the effluent of the ozone reactor through carbon. How do I match the Ozone reactor effluent with enough carbon? how does one know that the carbon neutralized/inactivated the undesirable oxidants in full?

This is not an exact science. Running your water exiting the reactor through a little carbon will be fine. Ozone only reacts for a few seconds in water, then breaks down. :)
