should i scoop it out with the next water change tomorrow?

while you are here, I am wondering what fish i should get to be the best sand sifter! i want my sand to stay white, what do you think i should get?

I would definetly take it out.

What kind of sand do you have in there? It looks almost like crushed coral and no sand sifter would help that.

i have live sand in there - - - i want to go to LFS and get a nice sand sifting fish tomorrow - - - any suggestions?

hard to tell from that pic. can you reach in gently and scoop out the surrounding sand? it may be a spaghetti worm; they bury their bodies in the sand and extend their tentacles/arms to feed.
