View Full Version : What's happening to your in-store service?

The last 3 times I've been to your store, I've had to wait 1 hour or longer to be able to make purchases in your fish and coral room. This was never a problem before, but I have decided that in the future I will order the goods online and have you ship them 20 minutes up the road rather than stand in the fish room feeling disgusted.

My apologies for your recent experiences in our fish room, we are making an effort to increase our sales staff during times of high traffic. What times are you visiting the store? we operate under a minimal staff during most times of week, especially on evenings. Weekend traffic has been very busy of late, and we are experiencing difficulty with meeting demand, as it is not consistent. We are conscious of the problem, and are working towards increasing our sales staff as needed. Thank you for your input on this issue

Thank you for the reply Dave... I was in the store on a Thursday morning, a Thursday afternoon and a Sunday afternoon. I understand with the economy being as it is, it is hard to employ as many people as before. I wanted you guys to know that it is frustrating for people that really love your goods, and always been satisfied in the past, to not be able to get what they want out of frustration recently.
