Please help-sand blowing around the tank

I had purchase a sureflow 1600 kit for my maxi jet 1200, unfortunately, the flow is too much and I don;t know how to position it in the tank so that it stop blowing up sand.
My tank is a 35 gallons hexagon aquarium.

i would suggest maybe putting it up high in the tank or if you can put some rocks in front of it to help throw the flow all around

PLACE YOUR POWERHEAD IN A FASHION SO THAT YOU GET THE WATER MOVING IN A GYRO(CIRCULUR) MOTION,ADD SO ROCK SO AS TO CHANGE FLOW AND YOU SHOULD BE OK,MIKE:rollface:
