Taller Tank Question

I am putting together a new tank with the dimensions of 28x28x28. Most of the questions I see about the Vortechs are for tanks 24" and shorter. I know there will be no problem for the 28" width, but will there be adequate flow top to bottom in this tall of a tank with this size footprint with an MP40? With 28" width is the use of an MP40 possible with a sand bed or will there be an eternal sand cloud?

28" height won't be a problem. Run the pump higher, turn the pump speed down, experiment with positioning, or twist the intake guard to point down to avoid a sandstorm.
