I also have some. They are technically not a zoanthids. They are in the clavularia family.
Vividaquariums sells them too if you can't find anyone who wants to sell. I would sell you some of mine, but it could take a little while as I would have to frag the colony and let it heal.

Look like a cool blue variety of clove polyps.

Seen them, but dont have them. Nice find!!

these are blue clove polyps and are widely available in the bay area. i bought a small 1" frag for $10 and it spread all over my tank.

everyone around here calls them blue snowflakes.

They do spread really quick if given the right environment.

Yes, those are blue clove coral for sure.
