I am setting up my calcium reactor and the alkalinity is now way too high. I just tested it again and it is down to 4.46, but is staying steady at this level. The CO2 is off at this time and I just did a 10 gallon water change.(The alk level mentioned before was 1 hour after this water change) Is this level too high and will it hurt anything to have this level? Should I do more water changes? Any suggestions?!
