I'm getting ready to replace my two 24w bulbs in my maristar, and was wondering what you guys think of these two bulbs. They both peak in the 450nm range. I really like the blue. Which one has more punch.

ATI-Blue Plus
Giesemann-Actinic Plus

Any suggestions would be great.

Let me throw in the Helios 24W Super Blue 03 HO as it also peaks in the 450 range. Thanks again

Your going to get more blue from the true actinics but I have 2 of the ATI blue plus on my 6 bulb fixture 7 I like them very much...hope this helps.

I'd like to stay away from the purple look more 410, 420 range. Thanks for the info.

Bump for a few more opinions. I'm really interested in the Helios because of price. But was wondering if they are as cheap as there price.

The ATI & Giesemann are supposed to be pretty close, I personally run the ATI Blue+ and like them alot.
No experience with the Helios.
