Just wanted to say thank you to steve over at ecotech.

i had some serious issues with my gen2 wetside and steve truly helped me out. in fact, the entire wetside had to be replaced and not only did i receive my replacement parts in two business days, steve also sent extra pieces just in case.

overall, the entire process including communication , troubleshooting and delivery took approx 5 business days. excellent turnaround and very prompt responses to emails.

thanks again and i truly appreciate the quality of service!

I gave him a call today and nothing but good things to say. Their customer service is top notch! I broke my screw that held the propellar assembly, called to order a replacement and he just sent one free or charge. I was expecting to pay since it was my fault. Nope! Send I should get it in a few days. Great service!!!!
