I'd like to paint a few elbow (white PVC) fittings black so that they blend in with the background. I have Krylon Fusion spray paint. These fitting will be "IN" the display portion of the tank and will be immersed in saltwater... Any concerns? Will the paint hold up? Any harm to livestock?

To answer your question, yes it should be ok. I have personally used Krylon Fusion inside the tank as well as seen many people here on RC use it in their tank with no problems.

Just be sure to let it dry well before putting it in the tank.

I've used epoxy paint before, but this time around I just bought black pvc (is it schedule 80??) and skipped that part.

Here is an example of what you could get.

The fusion is the way to go. Cheap. And works great. It'll be covered in coralline in no time.

*Also if seeing this post in the 'wrong forum' is the worst thing that happens to you today, consider yourself lucky. Nothing constructive to say? Next time just say nothing.

Instead of harping about what forum your question is placed, wouldn't it be nice if folks just provided helpful answers? Just ignore the MOD wannabes...

IME, black PVC and fittings are hard to find, except for locline. I also paint all of my visible DT PVC with Krylon Fusion spray paint. Apply to clean pipe (wipe with rubbing alcohol works) and allow plenty of drying time. I have had no problems...
