Anyone do it? I want to make flanges for a DIY calcium reactor, but the flanges are keeping me back (mostly).

I don't want to get a router, as I'd have no other use for it (we live in a condo and big projects aren't exactly on the to do list).

I saw that dremel makes a circle cutting attachment too, and was wondering if anyone's tried to make acrylic flanges with a dremel.

Hello
How large, and thick will the flanges be. I gave up on the dremel, and ended up making a router table.

I've got one, it does not work very well. You could use it to rought out the openings, but you would have to finish them by hand. Thats not a easy thing to do on a curve. most plastic shops carry pre cut circles and I'm sure they would be willing to cut to your drawing for a fee.

Thanks, but for the cost (after shipping and currency conversion - I'm in Canadadaadaaaaa) it's not really worth it.

Plus really, if I didn't cut it out myself, it really wouldn't be a real DIY :)
