Anti-Biotics for popeye???

Anyone ever put amoxicillin(an antibiotic) in a tank to cure popeye?

I have a 70g reef and was wondering if i should do this and if so how much?

i would just post this in the fish disease section but it seems pretty dead over there

try feeding a medicated fish food, it will be far more affective then treating the tank.

You first need to determine if the exophthalmia was caused by a bacteria or not. Is it in one or both eyes? Has the fish been moved recently? Is more than one fish affected?
