I installed some baffles in an existing sump yesterday. The sump wasn't completely square. I used weld on 3 ( it's like water) and wasn't able to completly bond the whole baffle. There is a small + - 1/16 gap that I can't get to seal with weld on. Can or should I just use silicone to seal the rest and call it good? Is their some sort of thicker weld on available? This was/is my first time working with acrylic.

i'd just use silicone. when i installed plexi-glass baffles in my all glass sump, i only used silicone. I did it quickly and missed spots here and there. When the water is "standing" it gets through them and there's one constant water level throughout the whole sump. Once i turn on my return pump and the water is moving, the baffles work exactly as they were intended.
Hope this helps...
